How often should I change my Valve Springs? This is one of the most common questions we hear. In this video, we are using the LSM Racing Products Valve Spring Pressure Tester to test the valve spring pressures. We are also providing a Valve Spring Pressure Log so that you can document your valve spring pressures over time. When you see that your valve spring pressures are starting to weaken, it's time to change them.
