Daytona 1's Break in Oil has a high quality base stock along with additive package so it can be raced. On top of that it is loaded with a tri-zinc package which is a blend they designed that allows the rings to seat but at the same time will protect the cam, bearings, and lifters.
Speaking of lifters, everyone knows Crate lifters have certain issues at times. They have designed the break in oil with the proper shear and viscosity specifications to maintain lifter pump and horsepower effectiveness. Basically putting this issue at rest for anyone using their oils.
"Many times when talking to racers we hear them say "My car just fell off at the end of the race. Actually the car is a mechanical product that should remain constant unless something effects it that makes a change. Many times heat is one of the factors. Heat effects tires, water, and oil. So most of the time it would be one of these that is the culprit. Most oils are designed around 2 temperatures, 100 and 212 degrees. So when their oils reach temperatures upwards of 250 degrees, their technology is not supported and the oils can falter allowing many key points in the engine to loose 100% effectiveness. Without going into all our secrets and explaining the PTRO process- we can't explain how we do it. Let's just say our company is the only company to have a patent pending PRTO process and also the only company that can use the word "Defrictionator". These processes came from us addressing the direct desires and needs of engine and car builders across the U" -Buck Parker
